1.) Where does Andy's Catering Co cater to? -Andy's will go anywhere that has an open vendor/ outside -caterer policy. We have cater at school, churches, office buildings, or private residences. There is no limit where we will cater! Don't be shy just ask us! When looking for a venue that allows outside catering for traditional family style, - It is required that food has to be cooked on site. We will be cooking on site but not inside the venue. This will all be done outside of the venue. We firmly believe the food has to be hot & fresh. Quality is very important to us. We will only do family style if we are allowed to cook on site. 2.) I need help finding a venue, can you help? -Yes, we can send you list venues we have cater at in the past or work with you find the perfect venue for you!
3.) Can you guys provide health permits and vendor's liability insurances COI? -Absolutely, if you need a copy to be sent to the venue, please request at least 60 days in advance.
4.) Do you guys provide tables, chairs, and table linens? No, but we will be happy to direct you to a vendor that does.
5.) Do you guys provided glassware, dining ware and napkins for rent? -Yes, only to our booking clients only.
6.) Do you guys provide ice? -No, most venues already provides ice however if you need ice, we will direct you to a vendor.
7.) Do you guys provide waitstaff? -Yes, only to our booking clients only.
8.) Do you guys provide bartending services? -No, if you need bartending services we can direct you to a vendor.
9.) Do you guys charge tip/gratuity? -Not at all, Gratuity is greatly appreciated!
10.) Is there certain capacity you guys are willing to cater? -Yes there is. Please email us for more info.
11.) Do you guys have vegetarian options? -Yes
12.) Do you guys provided beverages like soft drinks, ice teas, and coffee? -No, but will be happy to direct to a vendor. Usually that taken care through your bar services.
13.) Do you guys charge for cutting cake? -Not at all! It is already included in the staffing service.
14.) Do you guys do long-distance events (out of town), like travel outside of Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex? - As of right now we not traveling outside of DFW until further notices.
15.) What kind of payments do you take? -Cash, Credit/ Debit Cards, and Checks ONLY for Full- Service Catering! -There is 3% processing fee for Credit/Debit cards when paying for Andy's Full Service Catering. -Cash and Credit/Debit Card Payments ONLY PARTY TRAYS ORDERS.
16.) How do I book you guys? - We are based on first & first serve. You are required to put a deposit down and sign a contract with us in order to be officially booked with us.
17.) Are you guys willing to work with others caterers? -Depends, we have done it before!
18.) Do you guys offer tasting? -Yes, we do! We want you try our food to make sure it is the best fit for you! It will be additional cost. We do required reservations.
19.) Can we create our own menu? -Yes, we want you to create the perfect menu for your special day that fits your taste & budget!
20.) Can we make changes to our menu and final count later on? Yes, final changes to the menu selections would need to be notify 30 days before the event. Final count ( numbers of guests) can be finalized 14 days before the event you can reduced or increase the amount of guests as well.
21.) Always makes sure before booking that the venues and catering can both accommodated each other.

22.) Do yo guys do delivery for party trays? Yes, but you are required to order $1,000.00 or more. Additional 20 % delivery fee. Please check in with us before placing an order to insure we can still deliver.
